About Us

Chairvolotti Financial is headquartered in Winter Park, FL. We employ a prudent process for investment selection and performance analysis. This can be attributed to our internal process of constantly monitoring investments while keeping our clients informed as we navigate this ever changing environment.

The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) of 1974 is federal legislation that regulates the establishment and management of corporate retirement plans. ERISA requires that retirement plan sponsors adhere to rigorous guidelines. Your obligations are known as the retirement plan sponsors “fiduciary responsibilities.”

Some key components to help measure the success of a retirement plan include participant outcomes and retirement readiness. This can be addressed through five key factors:

  • Risk Management/Fiduciary Support – supporting your responsibilities as plan sponsor
  • Cost/Fee Management – identifying reasonableness of plan fees
  • Assist with Plan Design – utilizing selected features that seek to enhance your retirement plan
  • Participant Education & Advice – changing participant behavior
  • Investment Expertise – access to institutional money management

As a Private Wealth Management Firm we work with individuals and their families, assisting them in establishing realistic goals and objectives for their future. The focus of our investment philosophy and strategy is a disciplined approach to rules based investing.

We invest in our communities by partnering with local and national non-profits
